How Do Photo Booths Work?

But how do photo booths work? What if your guests don't know what to do?

1. Simple Setup

We arrive as early as you need to set up...at no extra charge! For example, if your photo booth starts operating at 7 pm, but your ceremony starts at 6 pm, we'll set up early so we don't interrupt the vows. After all, this is YOUR day! The last thing you need is to be worried about setup fees or conflicts.

2. Meet Your Attendant

As your guests approach the photo booth, they will be greeted by one of our friendly concierge to walk them through the process. All of our photo booth attendants are fully trained in how to operate our photo booth equipment, inspire the best poses, and above all, make sure everyone continues having fun!

3. Select a Prop

We have seen some really cute photo props provided by our guests (like this couple who made cut-outs of their furbabies' faces!), but you don't have to scour Etsy to get photo booth props of your own. We have a TON and will provide them along with any of our rental packages.

At setup and throughout the event, your photo booth attendant will make sure that all of the props are looking spiffy—not thrown around the table in a haphazard mess—and they'll also encourage your guests to take photos.

4. Step Inside and Say "Cheese!"

When your guests step inside the booth, a monitor will guide them through the picture-taking process. (And don't forget, there's always an attendant nearby!) Strike a pose (more like three!) with a helpful countdown in between each one, so you'll have plenty of time to get in position.

5. Record a Message

Our traditional photo booths come with video messaging capabilities, so you can leave your best wishes for the bride and groom, an inside joke for your graduating BFF, or a short clip from a customer who loves your company (use it in a promotional video!).

6. Instant Results

That's right, seven seconds later, your pictures are ready! That's less time than it takes to tie your shoes! And all of our pictures are lab-quality, so they will last for years.

7. Easiest Favor EVER!

Each guest gets a copy of their pictures as their wedding favor, business card, or souvenir of the event! Without any additional work from you (and no worry about running out of freebies), your guests get a memento they will never throw away.

10. Keep the Memories

At the end of the night, you will receive your guestbook (based on your rental package) of all the photos and written messages. You'll even receive a flash drive or link for all of the digital copies and video messages (based on your rental package).
