We at Photobooth Rocks are here to support you and your upcoming event and ARE HERE TO ROCK! We have a motto - the show must go on! So we came up with 5 things you can to do make your event rock and take extra precaution when it comes to the coronavirus (COVID-19).
5 Things you can Do to Make Your Event Rock and Take Extra Precaution
- Add Sanitizing Stations - We've seen two options when it comes to sanitizing stations! You can add a free standing station or an individual station to your photo booth prop table! Talk with your event planner about adding this as an option.
- Upgrade your Digital Booth Rental to Digital Props - Our digital booth has fun digital props.
- Don't Evacuate the Dance Floor - Just Get Jiggy Wit it! Pick one dance partner all night long and make sure they wash their hands first. Don't change dance partners.
- Save Speeches for the Rehearsal - Instead of using a microphone at the event, move your speeches to the rehearsal dinner the night before in a more intimate environment.
- Facebook Live Your Ceremony - if you have guests who aren't able to fly in, share those moments with the whole family on face book live!
In addition to all the fun, safety and security of our guests and team members remains our highest priority. While we have always taken steps to sanitize our products when they leave from and come back to our warehouse, here are the additional things we're doing behind the scenes:
Office & Staff Safety;
- Personal contact minimized
- Increased sanitizer placed throughout the office
- Encourage proper handwashing techniques
- All staff will sanitize personal workspaces daily with wipes and disinfectants
- All trash removed from building daily
- Public areas wiped down daily
Warehouse Event Safety:
- All of the above, plus:
- All equipment wiped down as it comes back from each event
- Cases / handles wiped down as they come back from events
- All props are individually sanitized when they return from events
- All props are sanitized AGAIN before being sent out to a new event
Staff Event Safety:
- Discourage personal contact with guests (handshaking, high-fives, etc.)
- Encourage proper handwashing techniques
- Hand sanitizer made available when possible
- Encourage the use of disposable gloves when setting up and breaking down the props
- Wiping down all touch screens, equipment, microphones and props throughout the event
