Real Events: Traci + Michael's Fairy Tale Wedding

What’s more magical than meeting your future spouse than at "the Most Magical Place on Earth," aka Disney World?! Traci + Michael met each other while working in Fantasyland at Magic Kingdom and had a classic fairy tale romance.

To give a nod to their meeting place, they added Disney-inspired props to their open air photo booth that matched perfectly with their gold glitter backdrop. Guests had a BALL going through the different props and doing some GOOFY poses. (See what I did there?)

When the reception room was revealed to the brand new married couple, DJ Tabitha from OurDJRocks, played an instrumental version of, "When You Wish Upon a Star" from Pinocchio and Traci just about died from her excitement on how beautiful the room was.

OurDJRocks provided soft amber uplighting into the ballroom at the Wyndham Grand Orlando Bonnet Creek Resort and created a candlelight glow into the space. Orlando Wedding + Party Rentals helped with the ambiance by supplying gold chiavari chairs and linens and Fiora Design Studio created the most gorgeous floral arrangements for the centerpieces on the tables.

Traci + Michael’s main inspiration to their reception was Beauty and the Beast and other Disney couples and had instrumental love songs from different movies play during dinner. During their reception, though, they danced to everything from "Can’t Stop the Feeling," to "All My Life," to "Slow Hands." Their guests couldn’t stay seated because they had so much fun either dancing or being in the photo booth!

They were also able to watch the Epcot fireworks show right on the balcony adjacent to their reception room!

As the night dwindled to a close, the guests were directed downstairs and outside for a sparkler exit to get the newlyweds sent off with that extra magical touch!
